A telefonálás és a hallott angol megértése
Az angol kommunikációhoz, beszélgetéshez két nagyon fontos dolog szükségeltetik:
- el kell tudnod mondani a gondolataidat angolul
- meg kell értened, amit a beszélgetőpartnereid mondanak, meg kell értened, amit hallasz angolul.
Ez viszont korántsem ilyen egyszerű, nem igaz?
Veled is előfordult már, hogy görcsbe rándult a gyomrod külföldi utazások során, amikor angolul szólítottak meg?
Az angolban ezzel szemben a hangsúly lehet szinte bármelyik szótagon, így ez kezdetben megnehezíti az egyes hallott szavak felismerését a szövegben.
Ahhoz is rutint kell szerezni, hogy “ráálljon“ a füled az angol kiejtésre, például arra, hogy sokszor nem az első szótag hangsúlyos, elnyelik a nem hangsúlyos szavakat, valamint összemosnak/vonnak szavakat beszéd közben.
Az első lépés természetesen az egyes szavak kiejtését elsajátítani, ezután viszont nagyon lényeges a szövegkörnyezetben is gyakorolni a hallott szöveg megértését.
